1st Annual Alzheimer Awareness Car Show

Come and join High Performance Promotions and Ivy Court & Madison House at Mystic Dunes Resort for the 1st Annual Alzheimer Awareness Car Show. This event is located at the Mystic Dunes Resort located at 7600 Mystic Dunes Lane Celebration Fl. 34747. This event will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2014. Registration is $20.00 day of show and $15.00 pre-registration. All pre-registrations must be in by December 31st at mid-night, no exceptions. 100% of the proceeds from the show go to Ivy Court & Madison House. To pre-register, please email your first and last name and car information year, make, model and color to Bob at [email protected] please pay the day of the show CASH ONLY.
This year’s event kicks off on Friday; January 10th with a Pre-show party in the club House at Kenzie’s from 6pm to 9pm. Kenzie’s will be open to provide food, drink, for purchase. Then on Saturday, January 11th the 1st Annual Alzheimer Awareness Car Show will be held from 11am to 4pm with registration starting at 8am until 12pm. Awards will be at 4:00pm.
This will be a show and shine Judged show. Music will be provided by DJ White Lighting playing a mix of the oldies. There will also be giveaways, a 50/50 drawing plus there will be contest for prizes.
The award’s for Best in Show, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Paint, Best GM, Best Mopar, Best Ford and Best Import and largest club, and furthest driven. There will be a variety of vendors. The night of the show at kenzie’s we will be open from 6pm to 9pm with food and drink for purchase.
If you are interested in spending the weekend or just one night, rooms are available at Mystic Dunes Resort for a special Car Show rate of $79.00 plus taxes a night for a one bedroom villa and $119.00 plus taxes for a two bedroom villa now thru (December 10th); after this date regular rates apply.

The Corvettes of Charlotte County is excited to be hosting an all Corvette show this year. We would like to invite you to attend. It will be held at Gilchrist Park, 400 W. Retta Esplanade, Punta Gorda, FL on Saturday, January 11, 2014.

Gilchrist Park is 11 acres along Charlotte Harbor and the Peace River which provides a beautiful setting for the show. There will be food and other vendors as well as door prizes, 50/50 raffle, silent auction and Chinese auction.
The park has sidewalks for walking, jogging and biking, a basketball court, playground, tennis courts, a fishing pier, gardens, gazebo, shelters, picnic tables, a small beach and four parking lots.
This is a charitable event and proceeds will benefit Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic. We hope you will be able to join us for this show.
